What You'll Need to Operate
These items are a must for operating a food truck in the City of Cleveland.
State of Ohio Vendors License
Complete your transient vendor license application. Cost is $25 for the application fee.

$100,000 general liability insurance required. $1,000,000 policy required for Taste CLE events.
Fire Inspection & Certification
Annual inspection by City of Cleveland Division of Fire. Expires annually on February 28th.
Fire Permits →Health Food Service License
Mobile food unit license from Cuyahoga County Board of Health.
Food Safety Guidelines →Department of Assessments & Licensing
